Is the location where Pace Universiy(address:1 Pace Plaza) a safe place?

Yes, it is. I pass by Pace many times a day. (I work at the Starbucks next to it.) It's a very safe place.

The location of the school is very safe. It is right across the street from City Hall on one side, and the entrance to the Brooklyn Bridge on the other. It is not a residential area.

It is close to some nice areas -- and some that are not so nice. Chinatown is close -- and can be very dangerous at night.

Several subway stops are close.
