NO!! I always do this to myself. Keep saying I'm going to start early and never do. I've managed to get like 3 things. I have 5 kids so I've not even scratched the surface.

I start min as soon as the after Christmas sales start. You can get some great bargains that way. I shop clearance in the nearby stores and online all year. I get my kids top end stuff and I've never spent over $350 total between the 2 of them and the rest of the family. And no, the stuff isn't junky, I make sure it's in excellent condition and something appropriate

Oh Always pet I hate to tell you but I have started, finished, wrapped them all, written my cards, iced my cake, made my pudding, filled the freezer and filled the food cupboard. The only things I need are fresh fruit, veggies nuts bread and stuff like that! There is a reason why I am so in front. I am going into hospital on Sunday for the 2nd time in 11 weeks for major surgery. I am having a radical hip and knee replacement on my right leg this time. I had my left leg done on 13th August and cos it went so well my surgeon has agreed to sort me out once and for all. I shall dance at the ball this Chrimbo! lol:-D

I start in January at Sale time!
I don't buy anything prezzie wise at the full price. I look for things all thought he year and put them in a drawer. If I forget a birthday or have to give a birthday prezzie it all comes from the same place.
I also buy this expensive boots and shoes on these sales. It makes good financial sense and I love the feeling that I haven't been done over on the price.

Yes I started about a month ago ordering a lot in catalogs. But I know I will be out doing last minute shopping too. Seems I always forget someone and then Christmas Eve I will be out there running around.

I always say i'm going to start early but never do....until this year! Am making presents for my in-laws which are well on the way to completion. Have bought one daughters 'main' present and several others. Still don't know what to get hubby, parents or nephews but am always on the look-out. Have also ordered pressies for teachers, which is usually really last minute! Can't believe it's only 2 months away!!!

Sometimes you can pick up things in the year, like cute clothes for my 2 year old niece and stuff you know people are still gonna want come Xmas. Otherwise most of it is done near x-mas. I am pretty creative and do a lot of cooking so i usually make some cool home-made cakes/cookies/muffins/truffles/candy and wrap them up in really cool ways.
Thing is you can get near Manchester square or The Trafford Centre near x-mas or afterwards due to the sales. (i know people who do there x-mas shopping after x-mas in the sales wtf??) so shopping can be tricky
Took me 2 and a half hours just to get into the car park of the trafford centre never mind shop!
