Modern unleaded fuel goes off in 3 months and becomes less volatile and more like oil. Change the fuel first.
The ignition system on your car is know as a wasted spark system and fires cylinders 1+4 together and 2+3 together. The coil packs are normally quite good but the HT leads can have some issues, as this system is capable of very high ignition voltage (80,000 Volts) the HT leads have a tendency to get worn. They go hard and you can normally see carbon deposits around where the leads get close to each other or mountings clips. If a misfire occurs it will normally take out two cylinders at once making the engine sound terrible popping back and stuff.

P.S i didn't always work for Honda.

I have one:

Could be: Petrol pump and tubing, if the car sat for a long time, the fuel could have degenerated into residues that may have caused clogging. Could be spark plugs or wiring. But if it starts I think it is not electrical the problem. Could be one of the sensors, though. This is guesswork, better have a mechanic take a look.

Start the engine, open the bonnet (Hood) to reduce any chance of overheating, and let the engine tick-over for about 20minutes.
There maybe a lot of damp and condensation that has built up over the length of time that it has been standing, so this will help dry everything out. Adding some fresh fuel wouldn't do any harm either.

sounds like it is the ignition system, maybe crossed plug wires or cracked distributor cap or the timing may have jumped.
Check those first then the fuel system.
