I'd rank them -- Syracuse, New Hampshire, Providence -- and then a big gap to Sacred Heart
Syracuse is a top tier national university.
New hampshire is a low second tier/high third tier national university
Providence is one of the better regional universities
Sacred Heart is a second tier regional school.

They're okay prestige-wise.
Providence is a little religious--it's a faith-affiliated college
UNH is probably the worst out of those, plus its pretty ugly
Syracuse is a big party school, but they have pretty good academics.
Dunno about SH...
