Try eating some crackers before you go to bed and some right when you wake up. Nothing really helped me, but that's what I was told to do. Also anything with ginger in it is said to relieve nausea.

its hard to tell a women what to do because some things dont help other women....but heres somethat you can try...anything with natural ginger or ginger tea, pepermints, other hard candies, carbonated sodas, prego pop(found ususaly in the baby areas of stores), AbsorbAid(has natural enzymes and is completley safe during pregnancy), Phenergan--though it will make you sleepy, try to avoid greasy or strong foods...or if you are like me nothing helps and you just have to suck it up and go with the pukes...but keep a tothbrush with you
