Well we learn over time, but a single dimension, in this case the fourth, is a plane of existence. It is technically inanimate, and therefore unfortunately is incapable of learning.

I don't think so. I think time is constant and there for we can not change it, and I think that if we can't change it, it can't learn. Even if there was a God behind it, its still consistently acts in a way that is consistent with there being no God.

So you could say that if there was a God time learns.
And if there is no God then time does not learn.
But thats just for me.
