You should know that to get an agent in NY you need to have extensive training and a great resume. You also need to have your parents do the contacting. You don't call. You send them your headshot, resume and a cover letter. A very brief one stating that you are seeking representation, why their company, and that's about it.

SAG.org has a free list, RossReports.com has a more comprehensive list but you have to pay.

If you do not have what I mentioned above, get into classes for acting, dance, and voice lessons. Start audiitioning for theatre locally then regionally. Work your way up.
