I have to burn a cd for my basketball team's warmups. I made a CD yesterday and it worked great for my computer. but whenh you put it in a cd player, which is what i need it for, all the songs sound scratchy and blurpy. you can barely recognize the song. i need this cd by like nine tonight. Cand anyone help?

since you say that it did actually play in the CD player, even though it is crappy quality, that means that either the CD player is not working that well or the CD got scratched or something from the time you played it on the computer to when you played it in the CD player. Try using a different CD in the player and see if it works, as well as try using that CD in a different player to find out what the problem is.

I've burned plenty of CD's and that never happens to me all i can think is that your blank cd isn't good enough try buying another blank cd and burning the songs on that one it should work and if it doesnt i'd say ur computer is probably on the fritz.

A cd is digital. If it plays correctly then it plays correctly. It a different machine does not sound good then either your computer sucks and is out of alignment or the one you are playing it on is not in alignment with yours or just plane sucks too. Digital is digital. Clean the heads on the bad sounding machine and see if that helps.

download another burning software, try nero or alcohol 120
