Some Protestants thought that the Anglican Church was still too much like the Catholic church. These people became known as Puritans.

Anglicans were far less conservative than puritans
puritans were total zealots who had total intolerence for other religions.
Anglicans were very laid back in comparison
and the puritans basically thought they were going to hell for it.
