I do usually do it twice a week. Do you separate the colors and darks?

Every 2 days, we go through towels so fast! I learned the hard way to separate after my white clothes turned pink. Not so bad for me but bad for son and Husband!

once a month if it whether it needs it or not..... actually it I wait till I have a full load..... when I was washing them at my apartment building I would separate because the machine did not hold a lot of clothes... I have been taking them to my gf's and she has a large capacity washer so I just put them all together..... most of my clothes have gone over to the dark side so I don't have a problem there.... when I would separate I would separate pants, polo's and tee shirts. under wear and socks would go with the tees..... towels would be done separately....

Should be once a week but I slack. Then I have double. And I live in an apartment with a portable washer and dryer so I end up with clothes drying all over the place on racks.
And yes, I sort. You have to!
