Yes, it's definitely a good comfort food along with some mashed potatoes and a vegetable. In the New Basics cookbook they have a great recipe called Market Street meatloaf - one of the best I've ever made.

Yes I do. I have this recipe that I make that's a sweet and sour meatloaf. To top it off, I make my party potatoes and a veggie. Best dinner ever.

yes! I like it made with half sausage and half ground beef. My mom used to stretch it by adding raw oats to the loaf for our large family; the taste blended and you couldn't tell.
