To have a site that sells things, you have to have certain rights which the server people charge for. The information on the products, including pictures, is stored in a database on their computer and a form is filled in from the data base with descriptions and prices. This is commonly offered as a package called something like Checkout, Shopping Cart. You need to talk to the people who host your site.
I went and looked at your site and I am not sure what you want to change, since you have sales now. I will say that the pictures are way too large and the page takes too long to load - you need to use a graphics program and reduce their size. Both images are formatted 180 wide in the page and are actually 640 wide. If reduced, MyPicture001 (the wagon) goes from 74K to 10K.
Also, you have "Alt" set to the picture name - maybe by whatever made the page - when it would be much more useful and accessible to the blind if it described the picture "Old Lady Judy", "Covered Wagon before Mountains."

htmlgoodies.com has good tutorials, but if you want a personal web site you might want to higher a designer. If you've never create a site before it can be overwhelming and frustrating. Web sites can be very time consuming depending on what you are looking for.
