The majority of the spacing is 1/8" but where the corners meet, since they are rounded, the gap is more that 1/8.
do I use sanded or unsanded or both.

Sanded grout is usually used for spaces that are 1/8" or MORE. Unsanded grout is usually used for spaces 1/8" or LESS. So if your spacing is 1/8 or more, it is recommended you use SANDED grout.

However, since you are on the 1/8 threshold, so to speak, you can get away with using either one. Sanded grout is more water resistant, but it doesn't look as 'smooth' as unsanded grout.

For consistency you should use unsanded since you will need that in the narrow gaps. You may as well use it everywhere to get the same color grout in each part of the surface.

I would definitely use unsanded. It will give you a much better final appearance.
