It's normal to explore and pleasure yourself sexually. Because you were taught it's wonrg and maybe selfish, you feel guilty. Still being a virgin, think of it this way. It's the lesser of two evils of feeding your vagina's sexual hunger with your finger than a penis that can get your pregnant.

"the Old School", that is what we were all taught..But as others are saying it is very healthy to masturbate..I would suggest that you go to an adult store or get on the Internet and find yourself a "toy"..they come in all sizes, and material, so take your pick, I am sure that you will find that the "toy" can find all the right spots for you to enjoy even having a very pleasure able orgasm..Good luck and have fun and get it out of your mind that it could be wrong. It feels really good, it is good for the heart too.

masturbation is a natural thing, you were obviously raised to think sexuality is a dirty thing, and that is sad. there is absolutely nothing wrong with masturbating, is in fact a healthy and safe expression of your sexual needs. You are old enough now to make up your own mind about what is "good" or "bad" for you, but I am telling you that masturbation is a normal activity for any human being past the onset of puberty.

Masturbation is a normal activity that many people do - both virgin and non-virgin alike. There is no reason to feel guilty.

Is it wrong? Perhaps 'tis better to play alone than with a stranger. Some refer to masturbation as self-abuse. If it keeps you safe until the perfect partner enters your life, it is worth the minimal guilt. Is it worth doing if it is developing an attitude towards sex as one of self-gratification rather than that of satisfying your partner? That is the real question to ponder.

Its not wrong, its very normal.
Religion is nothing more than a means of keeping people controlled. They control you with the fear of the unknown - the fear of hell. Its a simple concept and its amazing that mankind has believed it for so many thousands of years.
Seriously, dont let the fear of the unknown scare you. EVERYBODY does it, is EVERYBODY gonna go to hell? I think not. Dont feel guilty.

No, it's not wrong. It's just repressive thinking which teaches that anything which is sexually pleasurable is wrong. Masturbation is great. It relieves tension and sexual frustration. How can it be wrong if you aren't doing harm to yourself, or anyone else?

You sound like a normal human being. Don't worry about it. Everybody feels the same about it.
