The best one is the Peg Perego Duette SW. It has a steering wheel type handle, which is awesome. The ones that are tandem strollers (front and back) are really hard to push and maneuver and they do it well with this wheel. Plus, Peg Perego is by far the best carseat on the market for infants. One thing you don't want to mess around with. However, if you're going to go with a less expensive seat, it will work with this stroller. The Kolcraft Contour Options stroller is really cheaply made and is not that great of a stroller. However, I do like it better than the Graco ones. I haven't tried the Graco Quattro Tour double strollers, but the other aren't good. If you're anal about safety like I am, go with Peg Perego on the stroller and carseats. It'll cost an arm and a leg, but it'll be SO worth it! It also has the "options" like the contour stroller--facing each other or both forward, etc.

Graco duo glider is great - but make sure you are buying one that holds a carseat for both the front and back. Some duo gliders only hold a carseat in the back.

I have a 4 month old twin girls and Graco duo glider has been great. It's easy to push around, not heavy at all. The stroller can last long, even if when the babies outgrow the carseat part.

The car seat/stroller combo is a great idea in theory, but in practice its better to consider your daughter's long term stroller needs instead. If she's going to be using her stroller for exercise, she may prefer a jogging stroller. These generally have larger, pneumatic wheels, a wider space to accommodate her feet while walking, and are much smoother to push. You shouldn't actually jog with one until the babies are closer to 6 months old, but they're great for walking too. Here's the one that we have: http://www.amazon.com/InStep-Safari-Swivel-Double-Stroller/dp/B000IORPYW/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-5098180-5193649?ie=UTF8&s=sporting-goods&qid=1193435750&sr=8-1 it evens folds flat enough to fit in the trunk of my Corolla. It can be used right from birth because both seats independently fully recline. If she's really into jogging/running you may want to consider something like the BOB, which is what my sister the runner has for her twins. You'll open yourself up to a lot more possibilities that may get used a lot longer if you don't lock yourself into the stroller/carseat combo. I had one of the combos for my first child and I only used that stroller for about 6 months before buying a better stroller.

With twins, any would probably do just fine. I've learned side by side is ideal with children at different ages. With the tandeum strollers you have to put the heaviest child in the back for easier steering. Good Luck, and congrats on the grand babies!

Hope it helps
