There are many archetypes and "terms" for people, but try the Keirsey-Bates temperament sorter and see what they have to say, sounds like a right brained type of a person to me who has a high social desirability.

You know there are different personality types..A, B etc. Well there's another one called the "hardy personality." It basically means you work hard, you're positive, you're happy, you're relaxed...you're basically psychologically a perfect human being. In practise this theory rarely truly exists so it's a bit silly.
