both. right now i need to see so light on. When i sleep light off. When i bump uglies on or off its cool as long as i get off.

Well ..... when writing a letter is definately lights on. When going to sleep its lights off. Driving in the dark....lights on. Some of the people I work with ......lights off!!!!
