that every one connected to him is being targeted by congress?
His administration (Attorney Generals, contractors like black water, his sectaries of war) are going down in flames or being investigated, but not him nor Cheney.

What do you think about the idea of the Democrats removing those around him, and not him directly?

I understand the political move of not attacking him directly but
attacking those he is allied with, but why they not doing so directly?

Do you really think congress cares about what he does? The fact of the matter is that they are all getting richer and richer over Iraq? What part of congress being the same dont you people understand. Oh they might have a few paths that they seek to follow, though they truly only follow the path of greed, lies, theft, murder. They care little for there common man and if they did, they would show it bye removing laws that did not work for the people.

Lobbyist do not work for the people! Iraq does not work for the people in any shape, way or form, so shut the hell up about we are helping those people, we are setting up a better life for them, we are,, no, just shut up! I am tired of the lies from the cons party, tired of the crap they are putting out. Mind you the dem are doing the same sort of tactics, they just have other ways of covering it up. Though I would have to say that cons should be shameful because of the sin that they have put forth on this country. To lie to the world about Iraq and then to try over and over again to cover it up! It sad'ns me to know that our leaders do nothing but lie about Iraq, to the world none the less! It would be one thing to lie to the people in this country, but to lie to the world! You people make me sick,

You would seek to discredit my spelling, or my ramble. Shame on you, shame on this country, shame on the people that live in it for letting this man lie and drag our country to its knees! If you fail to see that Iraq is a lie and we are only trying to cover up a lie. Then go read the bible about how a man would keep trying to cover up a lie!

I just dont understand why a nation of good will would turn to this!

I hope that with each investigation they will be able to gather more evidence against him to make for an air-tight case. Unfortunately though, I think many are willing to overlook Bush's wrongdoings because of the mess that was made over impeachment of Clinton and all that witch hunt produced was a stained blue dress. Because of the way the Republicans went after Clinton, they basically set the stage for 'their guy' getting away with much worse. Sad, isn't it?


Jefferson's Manual (section LIII, 603) which states that impeachment may be set in motion by charges transmitted from the legislature of a State. "It is ratified by each congress (including the current one), and has been updated continuously through the history of our democracy. I don't know where to begin with this. Everyone thinks Bush is great, but those people are morons. They love to pay four dollars a gallon for gasoline, they love the fact a million jobs plus have went out of this country since he's been in office. People love that, Bill had some sex, he started being impeached. Since we had Bush in office, we're engaged in a war, terrorists are bigger phase than mcdonalds monopoly! Everythings a mess, but he's great because he is defending OUR freedom in Iraq. So your free in Iraq because you go there daily. We're being blown up every hour on the hour, but we're saving the world one dead soldier at a time. Meanwhile EVERY OTHER country has weapons of mass destruction and flaunts it, yet we don't do anything. But Impeach, no... why would you do that... In fact I firmly believe that Bush could bang 2-3 interns an hour and put it on cable and people would still think he's a god, I also believe people would be okay if George went door to door in their neighborhood asking if he could nail peoples wives, they would be okay with it.. "Oh great George is here, honey bend over!!" I mean its actually sickening, when I hear about Governor Bush, which was the last office he was ELECTED I change the channel. If I wanted to watch an idiot stammur through a sentence I have children at home that can do the same thing. Good luck with the impeachment, I have a better shot at a lexus appearing in my driveway with a trunk full of cash!

Hippy Pelosi can't remove President Bush if she tried. Besides, he did nothing wrong.

To find a president guilty, two thirds of the senate needs to agree. Only half of the senate is Democrat. :)

Clause 6: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.

Because if impeachment were successful we would have Cheney. Better, I think, to impeach Cheney (and both are DEFINITELY guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors-several of them) and then, his step Daddy being gone, watch Bush twirl in the wind like a lost monkey.

He has committed many impeachable crimes but:

Well, think of it like this. If Bush is impeached and kicked out of office Cheney is President. No one wants that.

There are too many Republicans still in Congress to make it happen.

The Democrats want Bush in office because the more he screws up and the more lies, incompetence, and corruption that he has surrounding him the easier it will for the Democrats to win in 2008.

So there really is no reason for the Democrats to ask for impeachment of Dubya.

Once he is out of office there will be some folks in the world looking to get him in war crimes trials with his pal Dickey.

He has committed NO high crimes or misdemeanors and if the Dems try to impeach him they would be exposing their dirty laundry. I am certain they would not want to do that.
