Yahoo!Ask is a place to ASK and Yahoo!Answers is a place to ANSWER! That's pretty straight forward.
The question should be, is Y!A a place for ask a troll or a place for a troll to answer????

I think it's a good place to ask questions. While you might get bad responses, on the whole, you get variety from all different types of people, and that's a great way to get new perspectives that you might not get from your friends in real life.
