not all the time!cause sometimes we have to make quick decisions,without having time to think things over!

There is no way to understand all the implications of a decision. That is why things, like 'etiquette', 'manners', and proper actions are always at the forefront.
Guessing a reaction that another would have based on their experience and feelings, beliefs, would be like throwing a bag of marbles off the top of a building and predicting where each will come to a stop.

But that's no reason not to try.

i try to especially before i make my decision. sometime it doesn't always work out that way though.
