ok one of my boobs is like a 32B and the other is like a 36 D is that bad??

Um, the number is the band size, so you can't be a 32 and a 36, you are one or the other.
The letter is the BREAST size.
And, yes, most women are uneven sizes, its totally normal.
I was uneven until I got a breast reduction at age 32.

Asymmetry between a woman's breasts is normal, with few women having exactly the same-sized left and right breasts. But a new British study suggests that the greater the size difference between breasts, the higher a woman's risk of developing breast cancer.
If I were you check your doctor first as far your concern.

Many women are asymmetrical. It's nothing to worry about unless this is a sudden change. If it's a sudden change, I'd recommend seeing your doctor.
