is prettier up or down?

i think that is the beauty of having long hai, you can wear it up or down and either way it looks great!!

I think it's much prettier when it's down, but only if the girl with long hair is comfortable with her hair that way. What ever way the girl likes it, is going to be the one that looks the best. Self-confidence and all. Does that make any sense? ;]

For men, I think it is prettier down...on the barbershop floor! Long hair on men sucks! Crewcuts or total shaves are best!

Look nice in women. I don't know in men. O course depends the culture we are dealing. Now, I recoginize men in the Renaissance had long hair. The Beatles did not invent that. Ask Beethoven or the British judges in wigs.

it depends on the persons face and the situation if your cooking i would rather have it up if going out maybe down i like my hair long but if i put it up i have been told i look older not a good thing for me but someone else might want to look older

Well....why would you have it long if you were going to just pull it up all the time?? I have long hair and wear it down except going out on special occasions then I wear it up.

I think it depends on the occasion and the hair.
Not everyone with long hair has pretty long hair...know what I mean?
I like mine down...most of the time, but when I have to dress for something (wedding or other formal event).....I like it up.
