how do i get yuna's best dressphere?

You get Yuna's special dressphere in Chapter 2 while traveling the Djose Highroad just south of the temple during the mission to obtain the Leblanc Syndicate uniforms.

To unlock "Break HP Limit" and "Break Damage Limit" you need Aurora Rain and Twilight Rain. Aurora Rain is in a treasure chest inside the cave at the bottom of the gorge in the Clam Lands during Chapter 5. Twilight Rain is found in a chest below the waterfalls at Besaid Island during Chapter 5.
