I had my IQ test today , then turned out to be having fees ... !
so I ignored it, then they suddenly e-mailed me with a "free result thing" , it turned out to be 107 ... 38 questions , 30 minutes , 20 seconds for each question or get penalty ...
now , knowing that english is not my mother tongue , and I didn't actually understand 3 questions ... -I guessed them-
is this particularly Low ..?
does this mean I am a dumb slow thinking mammal .. ?
Lol I know I can calculate faster than others, but I kinda mess up with judging situations and thinking up ahead... ^ ^
p.s. calculating for me is not + and - , its multiply and divison with fractional and real numbers ,
I am not showing off , but I am proud all that stupid multiplication tables I did when I was still a child came with a result ... = P

No, that is not dumb and slow. Mental retardation is a score of 70. Average IQ is between 110 and 130. You are right in there, especially if you managed to take it with it not being your native language. As good as you may be at speaking English, your brain still has to take the time to compute it, as it is not your native tongue. So, I would say you are average. It is good that you recognize your strengths and 'not so strong areas'. Doing something that maximizes those is a great choice of careers. IQ tests are really only good for abstract intelligence...I know you have probably met people who could ace an IQ test (140 is genius) and they are completely like a box of rocks when it comes to real world knowledge. There has to be a balance somewhere!

Chances are you did not take a real IQ test. There are many on the internet that are free and don't offer to sell you crap you dont need thats not even scientifically based.
Also, a 107 is above average intelligence. IQ is a normally distributed measurement system with 100 set as the average. So you are by no means dumb with a 107.
Try another test if you want, like one from MENSA. You'll see that it doesn't rely on english as much as others.

107 would indicate a low score, subnormal, but not quite moronic.
depending of course on which test you took. the ones online are usually averaged by 100, medical IQ tests average 125 as normal intelligence.

the language barrier is throwing off the testing results most likely.
not to mention a lot of IQ tests out there arent standardized or accurate anyways.
Some dont account for certain variales or make allowances.
i have tested many times and gotten results ranging from 121 to 158.

your score is average . very well done for second language .I imagine the score in your native language would be at least 115 the next diviation.
