I will have a B.S. in Kinesiology: Fitness. I would like to get my masters in dietetics or public health. I want to become a registered dietician. Is that possible?

I have a BA in Music and got my MA in Human Resources Development and am now getting my MBA. A good friend of mine got her BA in Music and then got her MS in Instructional Technology. Another friend with a BA in Music is getting his master's in Education (pretty common of music folk) and another with her BA in Music will be getting her MA in Museum Studies.
There are many programs that your undergrad major isn't so important in. There are also many that will require an undergraduate major in the subject or you have to do some leveling.
The MPH is very much like the MBA - there are many people who get an MPH with a background in all sorts of things. I'm thinking though, if you want to be a dietitian, an MPH isn't the degree you want to get.

Now MBAs are a whole different story, you can get into MBAs from any field of study.
Now switching your Masters from you BS, it is possible but a lot of times they require certain hours of certain subjects. So look at the program you are wanting to go and see if you meet those requirements.
I have seen a lot of people make moves from one subject to another, so it is very possible.

Yes. That happens all the time. And you are not deviating too far from your BA. You should be fine.
