Anytime you have cramping or discharge, you should call the doctor. You may have some type of infection. Don't ever take a change when it comes to abdominal cramping.

If the cramps seem to form a pattern they could be contractions but otherwise its probably just normal aches that go with pregnancy. It could be ligament pain as well. Just try to relax and stay off your feet until you feel better. The discharge is normal and will continue throughout pregnancy, it will get worse as time goes on and will feel very wet towards the end. I was using panty liners until this week and now have to use thin maxi pads.

I would definitely call your doctor immediately. He probably will admit you to the hospital for observation. because you are in your fifth month and cramping and discharge indicates a break in the membrane that protects the baby from aborting. You may have premature labor and they can give you something to stop the labor pains. So call NOW. Do not wait. It could be something serious, or it could be nothing, but not knowing is dangerous and stressful.

Cramping is normal and I always had some type of discharge while pregnant. I wouldnt worry to much about it unless it gets so bad you can not stand it.

I believe that my sister had the same thing around that time also. If the cramping gets too unbearable then, of course, go see a doctor. However, if it is not blood or an abnormal color then I wouldn't worry about it.

If you are really worried about it then just go see a doctor..what could it hurt?

There is no reason not to call your doctor's office now or at any time you are unsure. OB/Gyn's are used to answering questions on the phone and will know whether you should schedule a visit.

That is completely normal and can last till you deliver.. Its called leukerria?(spell) .. If you have any blood in it I would call a doctor just to reassure nothing is wrong..Some cramping is also normal, it could just be your muscles stretching for the uterus..
