I would say both. This morning I won a prize, it's my b-day today, lunch sucked though, had tons of free time in class, going ice skating though :(

It was neither good nor bad, just EXTREMELY unproductive. I was such a sloth today! All I did was answer like 80 questions on YA! I have accomplished no work other than opening the mail! I have to make up for this on Monday!!!

Have a runner I am in a partnership (ownership) with at Thistledown racetrack that clocked a nice workout Thursday and came out of it in great shape. I feel excellent.....a great day.
