Other than death and taxes, which everyone has mentioned, I'd say your spiritual salvation is also guarantied, but you have to choose it, though...take it or leave it!

They only things guarenteed in this life are death and taxes, but you can always make the best of each situation and try not to worry about stuff so much. Life's for living so you go out there sweetheart and have the time of your life.
