how crazy and desperate does it seem to "fall in love" with someone over the computer?

I havent even met her, dont know what she is really like in "real life" even.

but I swear, I have enjoyed dreaming what she is like.

I like her funny, lively personality on here, but I am not the only one apparently,.

I would like to meet her in rea life, but I am not sure she will ever or can take me seriously.

what are your thoughts about this?

i think you need to get out in public and find someone that you can talk to face to face.how do you know who or what they really are if you only talk to them over the computer.

If you actually look up the cross reference to the scripture at John 18: 6 you will notice it points to John 7:46 where it states "The officers replied: “Never has [another] man spoken like this.” They knew he was the "Christ" which is Greek for Messiah. It says nothing about Him being God. Along similar lines, we could read Philippians 2:9, where the apostle Paul describes what God did after Jesus died and was resurrected. The verse says: "God exalted him [Jesus] to a superior position and kindly gave him the name that is above every other name." If Jesus was God or equal to God before he died and God later exalted him to a higher position, would that not put Jesus above God? Yet how could anyone become superior to God? And if he was God before he died, how can God die? There is no "mystery" here. Jesus is the Son of God. Also, God always referred to Jesus as his son, and Jesus always referred to God as his father, showing that God was older and had more authority. He also said that he came to do God's will and not his own, showing two wills; his father and his. Two separate wills. If you want to go on believing that God has three heads, then you must have three too, since you were created in his image!

I know this. You need to meet her and see.You will not know the true answer for yourself unless you do.Don't let people tell you it's wrong. I when six hundred miles to meet my wife and we are very happy. I think people put too much in the fact that you don't know them because you talked with them on the Internet. But think about this, people can be their true self and show what they really are on here. They are behind their screen. They can open their heart to you and you can learn so much about them. Take it slow ask questions. Their is time. And don't let her are anyone rush you.Your heart will always show you the way. All you have to do is let it.But by what I'm reading your dreams are telling you something. Find out if she feels the same way. Maybe she is dreaming about you as well. Ask the question, see what she has to say.

I know what boat youre in. Last summer I met a guy online, fell head over heels...we talked on the phone, I saw his webcam (I dont have one) and I was just crazy about him.
It kind of took over my life. I would rather stay home on weekends and talk to him than go out with my friends. I became so addicted to him and the computer. When I look back at it now... horrible! Eventually it ended, that's another story for another day. I don't know, it could work out for you, just don't put so much hope into it and wind up getting heartbroken in the end like I did.

It's not crazy or desperate, but I would suggest you go slow and careful. You don't really "know" a person on line. You know what they want you to know. So, if you do meet her be cautious, meet in a public place. One never knows who might be a psycho! But also people have met and fell and love on line and then in person and everything worked out.

Dreaming about this girl for too much longer may result in unrealistic expectations of who she really is. Suggest to her that you'd like to meet her. Explain that you feel a connection with her and go from there. If she is spending time in communication with you I'd guess she might be open to the idea.

I think its funny. But hey if ur in love who cares. My friend fell in love with a girl on the computer. They were dating for about 2 years. When you too are ready you should meet in real life.

I don't think it's ever that bad. I'm sure we find our soul mates on the blog constantly. It's kind of like computer dating. But you have to be careful to get your heart on your sleeve, because its a tough world out there. I knew of a guy who lived in Australia and wanted to meet his girl of his dreams in Maine. Only to find out, she had a boyfriend and she was pregnant with child.
Underneath it all, you feel you've been had to feel like the worst sucker in the world..

That's a question I've been asking myself for two weeks.
She is all I think about. And I would love to meet her but I don't think she is taking me seriously. Are maybe she is, and I did something today that proble ended it, I did it because I wanted to make her day. And it end up f,, it up.

I dont find it desperate at all! I think that there are people we connect with no matter how we meet them, tell her meet her you never know
