would the current administration allow the planner of the attacks in YEMEN to go into house arrest now???
Isn't this worse? If this man is a terrorist, why isn't he in Guantanamo, or anywhere else, under American rule?

Well, I'm not sure President Clinton knew whom exactly, or even where, to retaliate. This is also, after the time of the Somalia missions, which I think, were considered a failure, militarily and politcally.
