I live in Metairie, LA and looking for any bank that offer notary service for free or a charge($5). I need to get my birth certificate copy and other docs notarized. I heard some banks offer this service free to its members. Any responsed would be appreciated.

Banks do offer the notary service. You can also try the county attorney's office or go to the courthouse.

Check with your bank. If you are a good enough customer they will do it for free.
