C cup, can't go wrong with that size.
Its up to YOU, do you want to be big like a D or average to big like a C?
I had a reduction to a 38C (from 38J) and do not regret it one bit. Its a perfect size for me.
Check out this site:

It helped me out tons.
Noticing FaZizzle's answer, losing weight may NOT help, and considering the height and weight you are, losing weight probably won't help you with H cups (it didn't help me at all).
Also, Fa is totally wrong about breastfeeding, surgeons are VERY knowledgable and you CAN breastfeed after a reduction, check out the site below:

I would ask this: why now?
The one thing you may want to consider is waiting until you have kids. Doctors can't tell the difference between a milk duct and breast tissue, and most of the time if you have breast reduction surgery before you have kids, you won't be able to breastfeed as well or at all.
Also, have you tried to lose some weight? The breasts are the first place you lose weight.
Personally I would wait a little bit, if you can.

What is your hip size? I would go for the size which gives you the best hourglass figure. Also you need to take into account your areola size. As an H you probably have large areolas and would want breasts to suit them. I'd say a D, but a good cometic surgeon will be able to computerize your dimensions.

i think you should ask your doctor. i had one done a few years back.....(i am petite, went from 36DDD to a 36D) and they had 6-7 doctors in the room during the surgery, and they literally held me up to decide if everyone agreed on my proportions. i am soooooo happy with the decision and recoomend it to anyone. i would do it again in a heartbeat/
