i really want one but i want to buy it in shops but have no clue where though anything in luton or near london

and im not allowed to buy online.

I have heard there are shops in other places in england outside of london, try one of them.

well near where i live there's a huge shopping centre called Cheshire Oaks that has a Vans store.but i live on the other side of the country to you,so..
but if there's one there there's surely one around London. There might be a market stall or something too,here in the market there's a place that sells like skate stuff and they have Vans.
i'm not allowed to buy online either,it sucks :'(

what do you mean you're not allowed to buy online? Why can't you? Your mom says no or there is something wrong with online shipping.
because you can convince your parent/guardian/whoever to just buy the shoes online.

Schuh - they've got Vans, Duffs, DC's, Etnies. Loads of skate shoes and Converse

you might want to check out there website. a lot of times it will show you places you can buy them in your area.
