girls:
Aubrie Rose Gilbert
*** Far too masculine and trendy for my taste. If it's the sound you like, try classically feminine Audrey. I wouldn't pair either with Rose. Common as the combo is, in full, the R sounds so close together really don't help matters any.

Aubrie Sophia Gilbert
*** Slightly better flow, but still a misspelled male first name paired with an overly common middle name.

Cecilia Rose Gilbert
*** Gorgeous. The entire name is just lovely.

Charlotte Rose Gilbert
*** Equally lovely. Both Cecilia and Charlotte are timeless classics that work well with Rose and Gilbert. ;)

Brianne Nicole Gilbert
*** Dated and overused in its entirety, not to mention the Ns in bree-ANi-KOLE completely running together. Not the best, to be honest.

boys:
Liam Pierce Gilbert
*** Very nice. I like it. ;) I actually prefer the Piers (PEERZ, rather than PEERS) spelling/pronunciation, but this is good too.

Aiden Tyler Gilbert
*** Aidan itself is a fine name. But when misspelled, most tend to assume it a random trendy choice rather than a classic Celtic one. So "Aiden" - definitely not. But Aidan is fine. Tyler is too dated for my taste.

Harrison Grant Gilbert
*** I don't care for the "Grant Gilbert" portion. The two are far too similar for me, personally. I'll comment on Harrison below.

Harrison Pierce Gilbert
*** I actually quite like Harrison, but beware that since your surname is also a common given name, it's likely he'll have this accidentally reversed to "Gilbert Harrison" on occasion. Not that big a deal, really, but something to be aware of ahead of time. ;) And although I do like both Pierce and Piers, as mentioned above, I'd strongly consider the Piers form for this particular combo. Harrison Pierce is just a touch hissy, if you catch my meaning, whereas Harrison Piers (PEERZ) slightly avoids that ... at least to the same extent. :)

Hope that helps.

For the girls, I think Brianne Nicole Gilbert is the only name I'd really dismiss as downmarket and rather unsophisticated. That's not to say it isn't pretty; just that my image of Brianne is a little less flattering that the others.

Aubrie is okay. I'd like Aubrey better. It isn't as flexible a name, as there are no nicknames easily derived from the name.

Cecilia and Charlotte are fabulous. I can see either as a sweet little girl, a sporty teen, a competent professional. And with nicknames galore - especially from Charlotte - she can morph her name without actually changing it.

For the boys, while I think Harrison is a great name, both of the middle names make your son sound like a law firm. "The Offices of Harrison, Pierce & Gilbert, how many I direct your call?" I'd either change out the middle name to something more name like - William, James, Gregory, etc. - or go with Liam, which is nice, and again, I can see fitting many phases of his life.

Aiden Tyler Gilbert is actually my favorite name on the list, but I'm cautious of it. Every third baby boy seems to be named Jayden/Caiden/Brayden/Hayden and I'd hesitate to add one more to that batch, even if his name is the classic Aiden and not one of the newer flavors.

And honestly, none of these sound at all ethnic - in fact, with a surname as nice as Gilbert, you could probably go a little wilder without any concern.

Good luck!

Girls: I personally don't like the name "Rose" with anything. All the names but the last one sound too old for this generation.
Boys:The two with "Pierce" don't fit together to me. Harrison Grant Gilbert: I hope he's president one day or holds some sort of political office. It works for me, but I LOVE Aiden Tyler Gilbert.

I don't look at the last names especially when you are choosing a name for a girl because most likely they will get married and take their husband's name if the choose to. And for the boy's last name, they can't do anything about it really they are stuck with it so why stress over choosing a first name that goes well with the last name?
Aubrie Rose is really pretty. My friend's name is Aubrey Rose and she is quite a fun spunky girl
Aubrie Sophia is cute
Cecilia Rose is cute
Charlotte Rose is cute
Brianne Nicole is cute
nothing bad comes to mind with any of those names! and normally i'm quite picky with names but those are all great girl names!

Liam Pierce will be a great name for a baby, boy, teen and a man.
Aiden Tyler is a great pick as well.
I'm not sure about Harrison, it is cute but will be nicknamed Harry most likely and that isn't cute.

For the girls, my favourite name is Aubrie Rose. It flows together really nicely and Aubrie isn't a really common name. Rose is a really traditional name, but it's sounds beautiful. My least favourite of the girls is Brianne Nicole. It doesn't flow very well and Brianne or Brianna are names that don't seem to be taken very seriously in society.
For the boys, I like Liam Pierce. Aiden Tyler is also very nice. They both sound really modern and are great names. Very "manly" :) I really dislike Harrison Grant though. Harrison and Grant are both very old-fashioned names, and combining them togehter is a terrible choice.
