To accept the "punishment life" sincerely and suffer. When the degree or strength or power of the sins get over then you will automatically get rid of sins. There is NO way rather then paying the penalty for the committed sin.

One is not perfect morally, and was not meant to be. Perfection is boring and without challenge. People will make mistakes spiritually, like in any area of life. It is up to them, to become better at it, and try to be more of a positive influence on the world morally. Just keep practicing at being better morally, and don't worry too much, about past sins, that you no longer would do. Of course, you do have to, sometimes, repair the damages you have done in the past.

Getting rid of karma is very hard and ask to forgive you (not gd but people whom you have hurt) and then keep away from doing any sins
astrologically there are some kinds of mantras and prayers to hepl you to get rid of sins but what they are, are only known to asrologers

what ever u have earned by sinful means donate to charity of educational institutions .
Do not make God a partner in ur sinful activity by promising god that u will make a mandir, masgid, or cathedral on certain percnetage of ue earning
Do not make prayer place in the midst of road .
