I have heard that theory before and its not as far fetched as it sounds. A) The government could have a vaccine/Cure for Aids that its not releasing
As far as the Drugs I dont see why it could be used for population control, but it sure could put some hefty money in their pockets.

No Comment on the Slavery its 2007 and No race should be superior over the other we are all humans we do have that in common.

No, I don't believe AIDS had anything to do with government control. AIDS came from poor economic conditions that was started in communities that did not have the adequate steralization of needles, poor management of food contamination, and that is where bacteria and viruses are more steadily fluent. I saw an article once on the African Epidemic of AIDS way before it arrived in the US. We were naive to think that it would travel to the US, once it did the government's only involvement would have been to not publicize this new epidemic immediately because of the fear that it may have create. They pointed at cases where it was through permiscious sexual transmition which was a farce of the facts, but enough because of the on-going sub-divisions of the gay community and those that proclaimed their ideas that it was an act of disobedience to natural order. It was also a very segregated involvement early between the poor-who did not follow the structure of the successful life of an American and the Working person who was not involved in behaviors that would instigate such a disease.
Well, it didn't take long for these early conclusions to mock the earlier belief systems, and it came at a heavy price. Before it did hit the global community, its strands had already began mutating and becoming more resistant to any treatments that earlier helped alleviate the symptoms. So the cost became great, the medical research was scarce, no drug company wanted to invest money into a drug that nobody could afford...and the government refused to take any responsibility or act fiscally to the growing program.
Instead they preached safety, when it was impossible to deflect the deadly nature of the disease and the public became aware enough to cry for solutions. Safe Sex, Blood testing, Don't share needles, and steralization processes became the adequate means of trying to detour the deadly virus.
All this time has passed and this disease is still mutating, some say it may be an airborn illness at some point, that is being argued but it begs the question, what are we doing to finally rid the seance of this deadly deadly disease, will we wait until it develops into a strand that can be caught like a cold. More research needs to be done, but as of today we are sadly behind. We are behind on many things...and other nations are taking up our slack. We were once leaders of medicine, research, and technology, now we are slipping out of the top 20 globally.
Crack cocaine was introduced by scientist of the drug traffickers whom were struggling to keep the on going flow of cocaine into the country since cocaine was and still is less addictive. By creating Crack, they have found a way to get people hooked, and that they could increase the flow of drugs into the US, via by special forces to help support National Interest abroad. It would have eventually came into the US sooner or later, but the idea came up as a provision to only excel the process of drug sells. This is my opinion, I will not include any sources, please look into these conclusions with your own eyes. Remember, we still have the best government system in the world. No government is without corruption, we as a Nation have more to be proud of than to feel ashamed of. We can always do better, but look around the world, and I can show you a lot worse. This in no way reflects my heart and love for this country. Many have fought and died for our freedom, while others seem to just float on the ideals, and trash the very foundations of our forefather's intentions. We must not become so fixated on the past, but learn from the corruptions and become aware enough to make significant actions to rebuild a healthy, sustainable community. Its never perfect, just never finished.

Yes. Also FDR knew about pearl harbor in advance, the lunar landing was faked, General Grant had Custer whacked, 9/11 was an inside job and the world will end on Dec. 31, 1999 because of Y2K. And don't get me started about JFK.

Yes. Also leaders of the Xian right were in on the creation and release of AIDS as was Ronald Regan. Along with the millions killed in the holocaust, the millions murdered in the Inquisition, and the Crusades (which were a direct cause of 9/11) the Xians have a lot to answer for. Their alleged souls are black as pitch.

Are you refering to the black community, because I don't see how crack is a major killer other than the black community. Where I live, in an upscale area, where everyone is white collar, smoking crack is all over the place. The local headshop can't keep pipes in stock. People still go to work, take their kids to school etc. I just don't see crack killing, at least not in the white community.

Actually the blacks don't get "all defensive", and crack doesn't kill that many black people, other people do. Yes AIDS was probably made to slightly control the ENTIRE population, and no crack wasn't, I don't even see why it would.
