For homework, my history teacher told us to look on the internet and find an article about something different in the southwest states this year. I think he said it was about the weather and he said he would give us a hint and it had to do with atlanta. Could someone please tell me what this is because I am having a real hard time finding it online? I dont need an article just tell me if you know what it is. Thanks!

Well, Atlanta is in the SouthEAST, not the southWEST, but if I had to guess, since Atlanta has had a significant drought this year, I would guess that they had LESS rainfall than the southwest (desert) region of the country.
