And thats the crux of the issue. It is completely unconstitutional for the Federal government to collect an unapportioned tax from all citizens and distributed to a select few. You people complain about the Patriot act and Signing statements undermining the Constitution and then champion the socialist deconstruction of that document. Any forced national program like socialized healthcare or state sponsored insurance or whatever feel-good definition you want to give it are in direct violation of the founding document of this nation. You wanna change it, you better bring your guns.

other countries with "national healthcare"; cuba, north korea, north vietnam, france, canada. They ALL have one thing in common, they're either communist or social-communist. Guess who's paying for govenrmental "healthcare" in those countries?....The people, because their "healthcare" is going back into the pockets of their "government", to build their massive military/political objectives.
Just read on fox news where Hillary was busted in a fraud venture with some cocain addict with a rap sheet long as your arm. Will you trust Hillary with YOUR healthcare?

Currently, no one is paying for it because it is not in effect. The cost will be borne by taxpayers. Consider however that medical costs for the uninsured are already being paid for by the same taxpayers that would be paying into a system that would make healthcare cheaper and more available for everyone.

I do notice that none of these complaining about healthcare commplain a bit when they take their mortgage deduction and child tax credit on their tax forms

In an advanced, civilized country, access to health care for all should be a no brainer, as it is in other advanced, civilized countries. It could easily be paid for if we stopped the war in Iraq.

Yep. I don't want the war, but I have to pay for it. I don't want billions going to Israel and Saudi Arabia, but I have to pay for it. Better that my money go to help Americans than people in other countries.

yes, we would all pay for "optional" government health insurance. Hmmm - I am still trying to figure out how it is "optional" if i still have to pay for it even if i dont want it.
