I tend to reach out..because when I don't I tend to get into a lot of trouble emotionally. I can spiral downwards really fast if left to just think on my own.

I tend to reach out since I have a young child to care for, only when times are bad..... I pray too.

i am the type of person to keep all my problems to myself but there are sometimes when you have to let them out cant keep everything bottled up and how will the person knowif something is wrong without you giving some kind of input....
