Kelby is right about where they start, but they age throughout the show. They all become adults though Beth does pass away young. http://www.musicaltheatreaudition.com/shows/littlewomen.html

this is their age order and i'm pretty sure about the ages. i think jo is on the brink of 16. beth could be 13 and amy 12, but i'm pretty sure these are right
