Is it me, or did anyone notice that since Clinton clamped down on the mobs about 10-12 years ago, Gangs are out of control?
Think the mob kept the gangs in line?

in US do not the gang control considerble voting power? . are not they the fourth arm of the Government --
Legislative, executive, judiciary and mafia ( Mob) . The fourth arm controls the three arms like
Fifth wheel in the car controls the 4 wheels (driving wheel)
