Don't listen to anything these people wrote below me (they know nothing!) lol :)
anywho... you only need a few materials and only two things are essential (Time and devotion)
You need these to start drawing (most can be found in your home or bought at a cheap price)
1. Paper (printer for rough draft and get better paper for the final - ask any art store for the type you might need)
2. Pencil/mechanical pencil
3. Eraser/white out (not the oil based types)
4. Indiana Ink (or any better type of it)
5. Ink pen and nibs
6. Rulers
7. Ideas... and ALOT of them (you cant get far if you run out of ideas)
8. COFFEE (or tea)
9. Practice
10. Time

Sorry if I'm a little late on the reply (you could be a famous manga artist by now)

Haha, looks like we're in the same boat. But don't worry, I'm a 15 year old girl who loves to make her own manga, and buy the supplies so I can help you out. Basically I bought these many books that show you the items you need, if you want I can also guve you a link to the site. But anyway;

1. Color Ink
-There are many colors and types of ink. Transparent, ink lets colors underneath show through, while opaque ink covers the other colors. There are water-soluble and water-resistant types of inks as well. You can use a dye or a pigement to produce different finishes.

2. Color Markers
-Color makers range from water-soluble to oil-based types. There are many different nibs, but the brush pen can be particulary handy. Markers dry very quickly, though, so if you don't work fast the color will look patchy.

3. Water Cup
-A water cup is used for washing your brushes. Some water cups have lids that double as palettes, so it is up to you to choose which one will be best for you.

4. Paper Sketching Board
5. Color Manuscript Paper
6. Marker Paper
7. Palettes
8. White Ink
9. Paper
10. Pencil

Okay, well here is a site that you can run through a free tutorial on inking, and making your own manga, if it will help you.

I hope your manga turn out nicely!
