Viruses on our company's server, need to clean and protect?

So we wiped our computers of viruses, but the viruses I guess are on our server so every time we access things on the server we get the viruses again. How to I clean and protect the server? Thanks

If you have the proper virus protection on your computers you should not get the viruses back. You need to update your protection. You clean and protect the servers the same way. For everything severs and PC's. Update all the software. Run microsoft update. Download all the high priority updates. Then update your virus protection and run a complete scan. Reboot if necessary.
