You can get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex. It is just more likely if it is around the time you ovulate. You need to use some for of protection every time if you don't want to get pregnant.

Probably not. You ovulate about 10 -14 days after the first dayof your period. That's when you're more likely to get pregnant. If you're worried, use birth control.
