John F. Kennedy had 2 children that survived infancy. Caroline was born in 1957 and John Jr. was born in 1960, just a few weeks after his father was elected. John died in 1999. Caroline is currently the only surviving member of JFK's immediate family."

They always stated they had four but only two survived to adult hood.

Caroline Bouvier Kennedy (1957 - ) Only remaining child, current US Ambassador to Japan. Has three children Rose, Tatiana and Jack.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy Junior - (1960 - 1999) Died in a plane crash, he was born to JFK weeks after he was elected.

Patrick Bouvier Kennedy (1963 - 1963) Was born in August and died in his fathers arms after two days of life, Jackie wasn't well enough to attend the funeral.

Arabella Kennedy (1957) JFK was away on a cruise and refused to come back after Jackie delivered her still born. JFK eventually came back when he was told this would jeopardise his chance to become president.
