It depends upon your environment, including HOA and other regulatory bodies.
All you need is a clothesline and hang the clothes. If you can not hang them out doors due to rules and regulations, hang them on a porch, hang them on hangers in a sun lit room, hang them in the bathroom, which is what women have done ever since the INDOOR bathroom was invented (not all that long ago, really).

Get a clothes line and some clothes pins. Link 1
hang each item using 1 clothes pin in between each piece of clothing. Link 2
When dry toss into dryer for 10 minutes to fluff OR Iron each piece of clothing.

You can hang them on hangers or line dry them on a cloth line. If you have the space. I have a back yard with a cloth line that I use some times. I have seen some people hang them in the bathroom on the shower rod.

Make sure they are spun out really good. Use the extra spin cycle. Shake them good before putting them on the line. Hang tops from the bottom and bottoms from the top. When they are nearly dry give them another good shake and hang them again. I've been doing it this way for years and it works for me. Good Luck

Make sure that they are not hanging too close together so that they get the full amount of wind to them.
