This morning i went to print a document from my email and when i turned on the printer, it had an error message asking me to insert the right cartridge. when i opened up the printer, it made a loud screeching noise while it moved to the left. i noticed that the right cartridge plastic holder was missing! (im talking about the thing you press down on to secure your cartridge)

This is really confusing to me because the last time i changed that specific cartridge was a couple months ago! It was printing fine yesterday. I have no idea why it suddenly snapped. I don't even know where the plastic holder is! I only see small snapped pieces of plastic

Either YOU or SOMEONE ELSE opened printer lid and opened the flap, then when it tried to print, it broke it. If the bits not there, ask whoever else lives there to admit it.

They DO NOT break themselves, and bits cannot "dissappear" from printer
