When I was in elementary school, those TY beanie babies were the big thing...I collected them because everyone said they would be worth alot of money one day, as long as they are kept in mint condition. I just found them in my closet, as nice looking as the day I put them there...but I doubt they're really worth anything? If so, where can I get money for them?

Also, what about the teeny ones from McDonalds? I have most of those too.

eBay

In fact, that's what eBay was founded upon: the buying and selling of the Ty beanie babies.

Honestly, they go for four or five bucks a pop on ebay. Which is probably more than what you paid for to begin with. I was told the same line of **** when I was little. Now I have about 200 and they aren't worth any more than the day I bought them. They were just a fad, like pokemon, and furbees.

Yep, eBay. Go search for "mint ty beanie babies" and see what you find.

some people still buy them. but some people dont. try ebay. you may make something... i've heard that some people make nothing selling them on ebay, but i guess you have to get the right traffic and whatnot. it's worth a try. try lots of similar groups. dogs, livestock, bears, etc.

the market was flooded by them and right now they really arent worth anything, but if you hang onto them they might be worth something in 20 years or so because people will evenually let their kids play with them and there will be fewer after that

You might can get a chunk of dough selling them as a group.

Look on eBay to get an idea of what they'll fetch.
