Boot with Emergency Boot CD. http://www.ebcd.pcministry.com/
You can reset the password with it.
There are some other good tools on there too.

Uhm... If you have more accounts on your pc and these accounts are with Administrator privileges you can login with one of these and change from there the forgotten password.
Or you can try in this way: open the Prompt of Ms-Dos.
Type "net user ACCOUNTname newpassword" (whitout quotes) where "ACCOUNTname" is the name of the account that you need and "newpassword" is the new password you have to type to replace the old password. I hope these advices are helpful

Bye!

P.S. Sorry for my English

Log in to another account, then type in "control userpasswords2" into "Run" (Start>Run). When it asks you to log in as an administrator, type in "Administrator". I don't think there is a password (just blank) otherwise it'll be something like "administrator". Then click on your Username, and press change password, or properties, i think it might be. Put in a new password.

All done.

Nothing you can really do but if you use a different profile or username with the same type of rights, then you should be fine. If you have the rights then you might be able to remove the administrator account and create another one. But I have not tried that, just guessing.

There are several Linux based boot disks which will allow you to re-write your Admin password. My favorite is this one:

http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

I have used it and found it to be easy to use and does the trick every time. (My boss was upset too when he found out that Windows XP is not as secure as they say it is!)
