I tried this on a old polaris snowmobile, it was an early 70's colt 250. I first tested top speed (on regular gas) 62mph, then added a liter bottle of everclear retested top speed and It went 73mph.

I ran out of gas one time on a bad stretch of freeway. I put some whiskey in the tank, primed the carb, managed to start the car, it ran terrible, but I did get it off the freeway. I don't recomend this, I just did what I had to do at the time. Also, I knew a guy who repaired copiers for a living, one time, he ran out of fuel, poured some "toner" into the tank, and managed to get it started long enough to get to a gas station. But, he ruined his spark plugs in the process and had to replace them.
Beer would not work at all. Not enough alcohol content and too many other ingrediants.

No! An 80 proof vodka contains 40% alcohol and 60% water. Even if the engine started the water would ruin it. Beer and wine are even worse. Beer is about 4% alcohol, 96% water.

No this isn't true, especially of the beer. You must have around a 200 proof alcohol to burn in a vehicle. ie: Everclear. And even when you have a high enough content of alcohol to actually burn, your vehicles systems are not made to use pure alcohol. They are made to use a more lubricated fuel, and a hotter burning fuel. Even the Green vehicles out today do not run on pure alcohol, it is a blend of alcohol and fuel.

Heck, You can put water, sugar, what ever will fit down the filler tube in it. It just wouldn't be smart. PGA (pure grain alcohol / moonshine) might would make an older engine run, but ain't no way i'd try it on a newer electronicaaly controlled one. Gas is cheaper anyway.

No. However there are alcohol fueled engines but it is strictly an alcohol base, not for drinking. The problem with it is that it draws a lot of water if not sealed properly.

You can put any thing you want into your tank (as long as you want to push your car :) No really it will not work and even if it is 200 proof it would not last a long before your burnt up your engine. That might not even work.
